  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped small
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.

  4. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir continuously for 1 to 2 minutes.
