Fresh, colorful, and no-cook tortilla roll ups made with creamy seasoned cream cheese and finely chopped vegetables. Perfect for parties, lunches, potlucks, or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Wash, dry, and finely chop all vegetables.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
  4. Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly over the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  6. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  9. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Chill before slicing for clean pinwheels. Finely chop vegetables and pat dry to prevent soggy roll ups.
